Welcome to our Annual Report Summary for 2021/22.

I joined the Trust as Chair in October 2021 and it is my pleasure to present a look back over the past 12 months.

This summary gives a brief overview of key achievements and the challenges we have faced. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the board, our staff, governors, and volunteers for all they have done and continue to do.

• We have an annual income of approximately £145m
• We employ 2,440 members of staff
• Sheffield residents make up about 94% of all service users we provide care and treatment for
• We provide services to around 55,000 people a year
• The gender ratio of staff is 74.76% female and 25.24% male
• We employ 2,440 staff (not including our Bank Staff)
