This plan will be delivered in an increasingly uncertain and changing world and a financially challenged environment.

We are optimistic about our future and the important part we will continue to play in reducing health inequalities and improving the health and wellbeing of the population we serve by working with our health and social care partners in Sheffield and the Integrated Care System (ICS) in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw.
