‘I love the job I do’
….These are the words of one of our long serving members of staff who has retired and returned to Team SHSC.
On Tuesday 27 September a small number of our longest serving staff received certificates and pin badges in recognition of their dedication and service to the NHS.
In total they will have served over 210 years in NHS roles.
They also spent time with our chair, Sharon Mays and Jan Ditheridge, our chief executive, discussing their careers and plans for the future. Some staff had already retired whilst others are still working for us and enjoying their roles.
