Eating Disorders Service
The service is based at St George's Community Health Clinic but is registered with the Care Quality Commission at Trust Headquarters, Fulwood House.
This service is a community based, specialist outpatient service providing assessment and psychologically based interventions to those with severe eating disorders.

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (telephone lines are open 8.30am-4.30pm)
How is the service accessed?
Referrals are accepted from GPs, secondary care services, or South Yorkshire Eating Disorders Association.
Self Referral is available for young people aged 16 and 17 years of age. Please use the self referral form below:
