Art Therapy

Feelings and events that have happened to you can sometimes be hard to put into words.  Art Therapy offers a safe place for you to explore difficult thoughts, emotions, ideas and relationships through the use of art materials.  The Therapist does not interpret your art work for you, but instead works with you to help you to understand it.  If possible, you will be encouraged to tell your story, at your own pace, and to think about the changes you want to make in your life.

Art Therapists work with people on a one-to-one basis and also in groups.  The Therapist will meet you to talk about which form of therapy will be best for you.

You do not need to be good at art.  The Therapist will help you to get started.

Art Therapists are managed via Therapy Services.
