Everyone at Team SHSC has been working incredibly hard recently, so we arranged something a little bit different to say a huge thank you. 

On Monday 15 August we welcomed a group of staff from services across the Trust to Whirlow Hall Farm for afternoon tea and some fun farm-based activities. 

It was an opportunity for staff to relax, meet other colleagues and indulge in some amazing food and drink. 

Attendees got stuck into all sorts of fun activities, including welly wanging, tractor rides, meeting the animals and taking a keepsake photo in with our polaroid camera. 

There was also a stall with lots of crafts on offer from our Gulu project and a chance to find out more about our new Electronic Patient Record system. 

We are already looking forward to our next celebration event which is organised for Monday 12 September where a second group will be treated for the afternoon.
