Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust has sold its headquarters site at Fulwood and will move to a more modern home this year.

The sale gives us the opportunity to move to a building with better facilities, from where we can support the best care possible for people in Sheffield and continue to invest in other areas.

The sale was confirmed on Thursday 09 December with Expresso Property.

Phillip Easthope, Executive Director of Finance, Information Management, Systems and Technology and Performance at Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust, said: “We’ve sold our headquarters building at Fulwood and we are moving to a new, more appropriate home where our staff can work in an environment that is suited to the needs of a modern NHS.

“We’re also moving closer to our service users we serve and giving ourselves the ability to invest in and upgrade our clinical areas too.”
