Sheffield Health and Social Care Charity supports Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The Charity funds projects that enhance mental health and social care services provided by the Trust, so that local people using these services can maintain their independence and continue with their daily life.
From supporting people with learning disabilities, through to helping people with depression or anxiety, or older adults coping with dementia, the Charity continues to make a real difference throughout the Sheffield area. Find out more about the wide range of services the Charity supports here.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have already been able to help lots of local people, such as training art therapists to help people explore difficult emotions to manage them better and funding travel to enable individuals coming out of substance abuse rehabilitation to visit their family at a time when they need them the most. A list of forthcoming events in which you could take part and fundraise for the Charity is available on the events list. Download the Registration Form and the Sponsorship Form.
