The Clover Group Practice

About us

The Practice formed in 2011 through the merger of four established GP practices, Darnall Primary Care Centre, Highgate Surgery, Jordanthorpe Health Centre and The Mulberry Practice.
The practice has over 15000 patients and consists of four lively GP sites, with a dedicated team of GPs, Nurses and other health care professionals committed to delivering patient centred care.
We are dedicated to training and education and provide placements for medical students and administrative apprentices.  We also provide training opportunities for our own staff and encourage all our administrative and reception staff to complete a Customer Care NVQ.
We want to work closely with our patients to create the best possible service.  We have an active Patient Group with over 70 members, many of whom volunteer and attend meetings at the practices with the managers and clinical staff.

Call Back Policy

We are aware that calls to an 0845 number can be expensive and so we have implemented a new Call Back Policy.
We are now operating a call back policy at our sites with an 0845 number for patients who ask to be called back when phoning the surgery. This is to reduce the costs to patients when phoning the surgery.

Did Not Attend Policy

Our 'Did Not Attend Policy' outlines what action the practice takes to try and prevent appointments being wasted if people do not cancel their appointments and do not attend. To read our policy, please click here
