South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Sustainability and Transformation Plan

14th February 2017

The South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) is now published.  People living in Barnsley, Bassetlaw, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield are being asked for their views on the plan.

The plan sets out the vision, ambitions and priorities for the future of health and care in the region and is the result of many months of discussions across the STP partnership, including with patient representative groups and the voluntary sector.

To view the plan, please follow this link: http://www.smybndccgs.nhs.uk/what-we-do/stp

The South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw plan is made up of five local plans – referred to as ‘place’ plans. Each place plan has been developed by local doctors, hospital chief executives, clinical commissioners, council officers and patient and voluntary sector groups.

All feedback will go to the Collaborative Partnership Board to be discussed before any future plans for services go forward. The conversation with the public will run until the end of March and with staff until mid-April.

You can let the STP partnership know what you think by completing this short survey.

If you would like the survey in an alternative format, or would like help in completing it, please e-mail helloworkingtogether@nhs.net or call 0114 305 4487.
