Owen joined our board on 1 July 2022. He has comprehensive finance skills and is the chair of our Finance and Performance Committee and a member of both our Audit Committee and  Remuneration Committee.

Owen has a wide-ranging background in finance roles in the commercial sector, he has previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and until very recently worked at Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC, as Finance Director.

Owen is the Managing Director for The Company Shop Group based at Tankersley.

Owen is a qualified accountant and corporate treasurer.
