Deborah has worked in the NHS since 1997 and has held board level and senior leadership roles in corporate governance and affairs across the NHS (acute, mental health and learning disabilities), public, private and charity sectors.

Most recently Deborah worked for an acute trust and a private sector hospital in London.

She is passionate about the role governance, compliance and communications can, and should play in supporting trusts to provide the best possible care. She is also passionate about supporting young people to access high quality learning experiences and opportunities and is a director and trustee for a specialist learning disability group of schools ‘Better Together Learning Trust’.
