Caroline was appointed our Executive Director of People in December 2020 and brings with her previous experience in HR leadership roles from the civil service, higher education, the third sector and a number of NHS Trusts. Caroline joined SHSC in 2015 and was previously our Deputy Director of Human Resources.

Caroline’s responsibilities include developing and delivering our people strategy, supporting our staff, engagement with our teams and service users and organisational development.

Caroline has a Msc in Human Resource Management, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a trained mediator and coach.
